IntHub privacy notice
IntHub is operated by 榫卯 Tenon AI. This notice covers the hosted service at inthub.tenon.asia. Tenon's Privacy Policy covers the company website, and the Tenon Account Privacy Notice covers sign-in. A hub you run yourself with itt hub start stays on your machine, and this notice doesn't apply to it.
What we store
- Your account: your Tenon account identifier, login name, display name and avatar address, and the time you last signed in.
- What you push: the goals, checkpoints and decisions in your projects, including any reasoning, file names and commit identifiers you recorded, and the author name and email on each record. Review your history before you push. It may contain whatever you or your agent wrote down.
- Teams and access: team membership, roles and pending invites. Access tokens and invite links are stored only as hashes.
- Sign-in state: an HttpOnly session cookie. Your theme and language stay in your browser.
Your IP address is held in memory to enforce rate limits. Application logs record the request path and status, not your address. IntHub has no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking, and it loads nothing from other sites.
How we use it
We use your data only to run IntHub: to show your projects, sync your history, keep the service secure and respond to reports of abuse. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train models.
Who can see it
- Private projects: you, or the members of the team that owns the project.
- Public projects: anyone. Visitors can read the goals, checkpoints and decisions, and see author names. Author emails are shown only to members. Making a project public is a separate step in its settings, and it asks you to confirm if a scan finds something that looks like a secret.
- Operators: Tenon staff can reach the production systems to run the service and act on abuse reports, and only do so for those purposes.
Where it is kept, and for how long
Data is stored in mainland China. We use Tencent Cloud for the service and Baidu Cloud for encrypted off-site backups. Sign-in goes through Tenon Account, and through GitHub, Google or Apple if you choose one of them there.
Your data stays until you delete it. Daily encrypted backups are kept for up to 14 days on the production server and up to 30 days off-site. Copies taken before a software release are kept on the production server for rollback, for a limited time. Data you delete can remain in these backups until they expire, and we do not restore it to the service.
Your choices
- Export a project at any time from its settings, or pull it with
itt pull. - Delete a project from its settings.
- Delete your account from Settings, confirmed in the Tenon account center. This removes your personal projects, access tokens and sessions. Teams you administer pass to the next member, and a team with no other members is deleted with its projects. Your local
.intent/is not touched. - Ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or explain how we process it, at support@tenonai.cn. We reply within 15 working days.
Children and changes
IntHub is for developers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14, and we delete any we find. We update this page with its effective date, and announce significant changes in advance.
